Each item is made with care; please review product descriptions for materials, size, and care instructions before purchase.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

In the event of an error in pricing or product description, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before shipment.

We will review each case individually and offer a suitable solution (replacement, repair, or partial refund).
